All sessions are private or semi-private (duets), which enables Robin to rely on her vast experience and versatile equipment choices to customize each and every workout. Whether you are seeking help with core strength, overall flexibility, or cardio fitness, Robin will design a workout just for you. Two Balanced Body reformer apparatus allow for a more traditional Pilates experience, incorporating springs and straps to promote extensive core work, overall strength training, and stretching. An added tower on each reformer allows a more unique Pilates experience, with an array of spring attachments, used for stability exercises or combining an Integrated workout on the reformer's moving parts.  Robin has also added a unique element to her offerings: Pilates-O2!. This client favorite combines cardio exercises with traditional Pilates moves. Using everything from a Bosu to weight balls to the jump board on the reformer, Robin crafts a circuit that keeps your heart rate up while building overall strength and endurance. Whatever your fitness needs, Lavender Pilates has a program that will fit you perfectly.
