Robin added a unique element to her offerings in 2008: “Pilates-O2!”. This client favorite combines cardio exercises with traditional Pilates moves. Using everything from a BOSU, TRX Suspension Training, Medicine balls, Physioballs, to the Jump board and Tower on the Reformer, Robin crafts a routine that keeps your heart rate up while building overall strength, endurance stability and flexibility. Mix it up a bit and feel like a champ!
Erin’s specialty: PRE and POST NATAL
Throughout her own pregnancy, Erin developed a passion for Prenatal Pilates practice. Using Pilates to build and maintain abdominal strength can be a key component to an easier delivery. In addition, Pilates is an excellent way to manage the back pain commonly associated with that adorable baby bump. It is a gentle way to keep your body moving during your pregnancy, even through your third trimester. Keep your spine mobile and strong with Prenatal Pilates and rebuild your core strength with Postnatal Pilates workouts!

The Navy Seals developed it, professional athletes embraced it, and now you can try TRX Suspension Training at Lavender Pilates! TRX uses your body weight and different angles to challenge the body. By suspending all or part of your body and by changing the angles, one can easily increase or decrease the difficulty. TRX's versatility, challenging workouts, and limitless exercises can be used for all
fitness levels.
Pilates and TRX use multiple planes of motion, working multiple muscles and joints throughout a workout. Both work on and depend on the body's core muscles to develop balance, flexibility and focus - leading to improved performance and ease in everyday functional movement. Sylvia believes functional training is the smarter, more effective way to train.
